When: Saturday 17th October 2009,
Venue: Cheltenham Community Centre.
1. The choir will be singing on Saturday 17 October 2009 at Cheltanham Hall during the Food and Cultural Festival. We are going to have rehearsals during the next 2 Wednesdays (thus 7 and 14 October 2009, at Peynaham Hall, at 6 pm, for 2hrs). Let us all come please, to be able to sing you need to attend rehearsals, a lot of dancing is being introduced in all our songs.
2. The leadership of the Choir (Jill - Manager; Brighton - Marketing; Blessing - Director; Barbara - Treasurer; and Kennedy - Deputy Manager) had a meeting on 14 September 2009. During the meeting we discussed the following topics:
a) Mornato Zoo trip
b) Fundraising for the choir
c) The future of the choir - draft constitution about the choir
d) Uniforms and instruments
e) Incentives for choir members.
f) Camp/weekend out for choir members (strategic meeting or workshop).
Details of the meeting and the draft constitution will be send to new and those still interested in being choir members. I have on many occasions sent out emails to the list above getting very few responses, my assumptions for those not replying my emails are that either you are no longer interested in the choir or the email I have is invalid. We agreed on the meeting that the database for choir members needs to be updated.
3. Please respond to this message indicating your willingness to remain or join choir and indicating your availabilty or unavailability to sing on Saturday 17 October 2009.

2:50pm to 3:05pm Performance by Zimbabwe Gospel Choir
3:05pm to 3:25pm Eritrean Dance
3:25pm from 3:35pm Ogaden / Somali Community ?
3:35pm to 4:00pm Performance by Indian students
If I do not get respond to this message by 17 October I have no option other than removing you from the choir mailing list. What it means is you won't get emails from me about the choir in future.
